Hi! What are the directions from the offical hotel to the venue? I'm having a beach of a time trying to find out via Mapquest.. thanks!!

dont use the address of the venue on mapquest, they get it wrong like we put on the festival website.

the exact position of the venue is available in the venue section of the festival website, and we will put direction at the hotel .

basiquely the hotel is on rene-levesque, when you go out of the hotel you can either go by foot or by subway (subway close a 12h30am), Venue is near beaudry station on the green line (3 stop from the hotel). by foots, when you go out of the hotel turn right on rene-levesque (in the direction of st-denis - jacques cartier bridge) than you continue untill De La visitation street, turn left on it than go up untill the venue (2 street higher than st-catherine, just before ontario). its a 5m subway ride, 5m by car or 15 to 20m walk by foots

I think I used to pass this place when walking to the venue in 09. Gonna check the rates in a couple months, when my hotel actually posts the rates, lol... and then I'll make reservations one way or the other. That place was a pretty decent price for what we were offered, room-wise. And it had a shower for two. :)
