The store says that the diamond pass also comes with a VIP pass, but it doesn't give any information about what it does.
So: what does it do?

ya will add a picture later today with all that come with it. Basiquely its a pass like the artist have + the coton attach for it with kinetik on it. It don't give access to backstage but only diamond pass older will have those (other passes come only with rubber bracelet)

changed the name to "limited edition pass" to take out the confusion we don't like to offer stuff to people that would pay for it (vip) we prefer to offer the same experience to all + give some extra limited edition goodies for the diamond pass

I definitely agree with that philosophy; it struck me as strange that it had changed from last year.

Have the Diamond Passes been shipped out yet?

I ordered mine sometime back in October and recall something being mentioned that they would be sent out at the end of December.

I live in California so I wasn't expecting to see it on my doorstep the week after New Year's. =P

But, naturally, I am curious as to when I'll receive it.

due to the line up change (and wait to get the good line up on tshirt that come with the pass) the shipping of the pass have started this week. So you should soon get it

I'm very happy to have gotten my VIP pass in the mail. When I opened the package and pulled out the tshirt I had to try it on immediately. It ripped in two places down the front!

So much for looking forward to wearing it out before the festival. It seems to have ripped because the image on the front was sticking to the cotton.

Be very careful with your tshirts. Cheap and fragile.

I was just looking at the price breakdown per night for the pass options, and I'm just curious how the Diamond pass ended up the most expensive per night? Compared to the other passes, it's no nearly as good a deal. Granted you get the extras, but those where not factored into the price per night breakdown.
