I didn't receive all the tickets I ordered and have sent several emails for a status update. I only received a single response asking for more information, which I provided, and have not heard back since. It's been almost two weeks. I've been emailing infos@kao-production.com - is there another way to reach them?

you have reach the good email, yes we have your email and yes indeed we have answered you. On the 200+ shipped item so fare yes indeed 10 where either lost by Canada Post-US Postal service.. so that`s not that bad. We are waiting to clear the 10 problem item to send them all in the same time.

we need to clear them since some people tryed last year to receive extra pass by saying they didn`t get the first one, so with your confirmation email we do have you on file so we will send new item when the item is confirmed lost by the postal office than cancel the first pass sended and send a new one

The front page says that all remaining items were being sent out at the end of March. I'm assuming this includes tickets, but I haven't received them (nor any notification). Are they still being sent out, or should I start worrying?

only diamond passes where sended in advance. All other tickets and passes are to pick up directly at the festival in exchange of your paypal confirmation email like we have put on the store webpage
