| Does any one know if we (people from the US) will need to exchange our money for CAD? Will the merch tables and such take USD or should we switch it?

yes it's always better to get Canadian Money. There's currency exchange office all arround montreal, so it's not complicated to get some. Presently the US dollard is arround 1$ US = 1.02$ CAD.
some of the US merch table at the fest will probably accept US Dollards but for sure the bar at Usine C and all the stores in mtl will not (and if they do they will charge you ridiculous exchange rate)

| Last year my carmates exchanged money at the border - but I just used my debit card to get cash out of atms whenever I needed it. However, some banks charge foreign transaction fees when you use your card outside of the US. (Mine charged like .75 every time I used it.)
